The Task Force on the Revision on Fees and Charges was created pursuant to AO 255, s. 1996, reactivated pursuant to EO 218, s. 2000, and reiterated under AO 31, s. 2012;
Functions of the Task Force
- monitor compliance of national government agencies with AO 31 and its IRR;
- monitor the actual imposition or enforcement by the NGAs of their new/revised fees;
- monitor collection of fee collecting agencies;
- prepare status reports for higher authorities;
- render technical assistance to the agencies, upon request
