G. Bañez; Guillermo L. Parayno Jr.; Jose Mario C. Buñag; Lilian B. Hefti; Sixto S. Esquivias IV; and Joel Tan-Torres. This is even double the number of President Ferdinand E. Marcos who served for 20 years. On the other hand, President Fidel V.
